Abstract:
This TCRP research results digest summarizes research conducted on transit operations in Central and Eastern Europe. This research project reviewed how transit services in Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Russia are adapting to social and economic changes that are occurring. The digest provides information on cities and transportation facilities, lessons learned, and discusses policies and practices.
